Email is being sent FROM and RECEIVED by USERNAME@HOSTNAME.tld , not USERNAME@DOMAIN.TLD

I need assitance with fixing my email, for some reason incoming emails MUST be made out to USERNAME@SERVER1.MYDOMAIN.COM, nothing else works.

Sending by default AND MUST BE from USERNAME@SERVER1.MYDOMAIN.COM and it MUST be TO the same email address to receive email.... Really frustrating me.

/etc/postconf/main.cf is the DEFAULT one with the

virtual_alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/virtual

added, but doesn't do anything special.

I checked my /etc/postfix/virtual file and it's long but 100% of the lines are commented out by default, so I don't think it actually does anything being included?
