The instructions Locutus linked to are perfect for any Virtualmin GPL server.
Also, it looks like you have a Virtualmin Pro license... if you're trying to install WordPress onto a Virtualmin Pro server, you can do so using the Install Scripts.
To do that, you can click the "Install Scripts" link inside of Virtualmin, and when you do that, you'll see a long list of applications that can be installed. From there, you can select WordPress (amongst others).
I followed your instructions and I successfully installed Wordpress,
both routes were fine, the problem of the installation manual was related to permissions of the database created manually.
What exactly is the problem with installing Wordpress?
