might be a stupid question.....

Hi there,

i have Citrix XenServer installed on a system with a couple of vm running on it , can i download Cloudmin on to the CitrixXenserver and manage the VMs from cloud min .... on this box ?

Well, Cloudmin GPL supports the Open Source Xen. There's details on that here:
