It shouldn't... alas, sometimes the forum software gets a bit overzealous and moderates some posts. Heck, even Joe's posts get moderated sometimes :-)
I published one of yours that I saw was moderated, if there's any others, post a link to the thread and I'll get it taken care of :-)

I think but have not confirmed, that the problem is related to our server performance issues. Posts in Drupal seem to default to being moderated, and then become unmoderated after posting. Since some queries seem to be timing out sometimes, I think that last stage isn't happening.
It happens to me more than anyone, because the Admin user has more libraries loaded, and thus is even slower than normal user account pages (yes, my Virtualmin.com experience is even worse than for you guys).
