After you create one Virtual Server, click "Create Virtual Server", and at the top of the screen where it says "New virtual server type", choose "Sub-Server".
A "Sub-Server" will allow you to have a second Virtual Server under your existing Virtual Server.
Note: This will not only use the same administrative user for the second server as for the first, but also put the second server's data under the home directory of the first. Which is probably what you will want though, to facilitate access rights. :)
