Disable - "Change Domain Name"

Is there a way to disable the "Change Domain Name" option in the users account? I couldn't find it.

There are a number of options you can tweak in Administrative Options -> Edit Owner Limits.

It sounds like you may want to change the option named "Can rename domains".
