Is it possible that danut did not mean how to edit a disabled website, but rather how to modify the text "Website disabled" that people get to see who request a disabled site? :)
In case of the latter: You can edit that message in the server template, section "Apache website". All the way down you have the field "Disabled Website HTML".
thanks for your comments. I tried that and entered new text and it did not do any change to it? I tried restart httpd and still nothing... this option does not seem to work.
The site would need to be enabled in order to make changes to it.
If the site is disabled, it's user accounts are all disabled too, so it's not possible to for them edit the site.
