Need to set a website that points to /ftp as default

I have 15 years of Linux experience, but I'm trying to do this is a VirtualMin kosher manner.

I'm setting up a CentOS mirror and have successfully set up the sync and FTP access. Now I need to create a HTTP site that points to the users /ftp folder and allows indexing.

Can anyone give me a few pointers on setting this up in a VirtualMin friendly way?
