Apache/Virtual host Ports

Does Virtualmin currently have any way to exist with apache that runs on a nonstandard port behind a reverse proxy(Varnish in my case)? Whenever I create virtual host instances inside of Virtualmin it seems to always assume that you're running apache with the default 80 port setup.
