virtualmin disable-feature api

when hosting Due I want to only disable hosting web feature not disable hosting web Ftp(Allow customers to download his files),

I use API
https://IP:10000/virtual-server/remote.cgi?program=disable-feature&user=...

but the test.com Can still be normal access, How can do only web features disabled?

if I use disable-domain then customers can't download his files with FTP,This is not what I want
