How to repair roundcube installation

Hi,

I have an issue with roundcube on my virtualmin install. it won't allow me to edit my identity details. When I enter details and click save I get the following error.

SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!

Error No. [500]

I am using the latest virtualmin on debian 5 patched to the latest versions.

This is true for all my users who have access to round cube

Any help is appreciated.

Howdy,

That can happen when upgrading the Roundcube files, but not updating the database structure at the same time.

Check out the instructions here:

http://trac.roundcube.net/wiki/Howto_Upgrade

And make sure to make special note of the section named "Database Setup", as that's likely the part you're running into trouble with :-)

Let us know if that does the trick!
