Backup FTP-Error - tar.gz.info failed : ening BINARY mode data connection for

Hi could need some help,

when I trie to make a backup in virtualmin over ftp on an external FTP-Server I'm getting Final status Failed Creating backup for virtual server blablabla. Not for all Domains, but for some of them. Does anybody know what this means??

Copying virtual server configuration .. .. done Saving mail aliases .. .. done

Saving mail and FTP users .. .. done

Backing up mail and FTP user Cron jobs .. .. none to backup

Copying Apache aliases .. Creating TAR file of home directory .. .. done

Uploading archive to FTP server 80.90.100.110 .. .. upload failed! STOR /data/blabla/blabla-bursd/blabla110118-bursd/blablabla.net.tar.gz.info failed : ening BINARY mode data connection for /data/blabla/blabla-bursd/blabla110118-bursd/blablabla.net.tar.gz.info

Greetings :)

Howdy,

It's odd that some domains work and others don't... that sounds like something odd is going on -- perhaps a space issue on the remote FTP server?

If some of those backup archives are particularly large, and you're running into space constraints -- that could explain why you're seeing some problems.

Hi andreychek,

thank you for your help. I have 3TB left from 8TB on Fileserver. The webserver I'm backing up has 1TB free. I can't figure it out.
