clean spam old than 5 days

Good morninig I have one new mail server with Centos 5.5 with Virtualmin 3.82 GPL, I set on Delivery Destinations about Spam to forward them to address "spam@$DOM" and to delete them if older than 5 days but this never work. I try to run manually perl script "/etc/webmin/virtual-server/spamclear.pl" but without results. Spamassassin is running in mode: spamc (Client for SpamAssassin filter server spamd) Can anyone help me?
