When enabling DKIM email can't be sent from root

After enabling DKIM my server no longer can send email from root... I am running Postfix.

log: milter-reject: END-OF-MESSAGE from localhost[127.0.0.1]: 4.7.1 Service unavailable - try again later;

Could this be in any way related to this - http://www.virtualmin.com/node/16545 - I know it is sendmail but...
