Usually, those sorts of things make it into Virtualmin pretty quickly. It'll probably be in the next Virtualmin release. The only reason that wouldn't be the case is if the upgrade procedure ends up being complex... but keep an eye out, it should be available soon!
It's actually in the latest Virtualmin (3.84)... if you go into the "Install Scripts" section, and look for Drupal, one of the options would be to install Drupal version 7.
