After upgrading my virtualmin packages ready for our website update im getting the following:

Apache is installed.
Webalizer is installed.
MySQL is installed and running.
ProFTPd is installed.
Logrotate is installed.
Plugin AWstats reporting is installed OK.
Plugin Protected web directories is installed OK.
Using network interface eth0 for virtual IPs.
IPv6 addresses are available, using interface eth0.
Default IP address for virtual servers is 00.00.00.00.
Default IP address is set to 00.00.00.00, which matches the detected external address.
Both user and group quotas are enabled for home and email directories.
All commands needed to create and restore backups are installed.
The feature Spam filtering cannot be disabled, as it is used by the following virtual servers : xxx.com
.. your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin.

I had to enable mail for the virtual server the enable spam and virus checking, then remove virus checking then remove spam checking then remove mail.
Hope i didn't waste anyones time.
