Email: How to let users manage their autoreply messages?

Hello, When a user added through Virtualmin accesses his webmail and go to Usermin, it can select Mail > Filter and Forward mail. But any change to this form doesn't seem to be taken in account and the following warning is displayed:

Warning - The system is configured to not process user-defined mail filters. Filters defined here will not be used.

How to let users manage Filter and Forward Mail?
