I've tried to run the installation script but the script generates the following fatal error:

Based on your error output above, it sounds a bit like some of the Virtualmin related packages are already installed. Did you by chance run the install.sh previously?
If so, and you're looking to perform the install again, you may want to first run install.sh with the -u parameter to uninstall everything it previously installed.
That should allow the installer to be able to run again.
