Sure, Virtualmin GPL is available for CentOS for free. Are you having some sort of problem downloading it -- are you receiving an error of some sort?
You should just be able to click the "Download" link above, and follow the instructions for installing "Virtualmin GPL" onto CentOS.

There is not special version for CentOs. Just download and run this
http://software.virtualmin.com/gpl/scripts/install.sh
This will download all required components (including proftpd, so make sure that you also set correct permission for /var/log/xferlog, because of a small security issue).
