Change the /tmp/.webmin directory for backup

Hi evryone,

i would like to change the /tmp/.webmin directory of my scheduled backup.

I have 30go on tmp part but i need more like 100go so i would like to move it to /home/.webmin

Is it possible ? I check in "virtualmin configuration" > "backup and restore", but nothing found about it.

Howdy,

You can set what Webmin uses as it's temp directory by going into Webmin -> Webmin -> Webmin Configuration -> Advanced Options, and changing "Temporary files directory".

It defaults to "/tmp/.webmin" as you saw, but you can point it somewhere else if you like.
