Access Denied after succesfull restore from backup

I have strange issue. When I restore any virtual server from backup, its shows me an access denied when I'm trying to see website.. any clues?

Did you tick the 'Re-allocate UIDs and GID?' on the restore?

this sets the permission of the restored files to match the current user

just a thought
