I have a small issue, well I have had it for a while but I always seem to get by without fixing it properly.
When I add a second server into a DNS cluster using Webmin it creates all the zones on the new secondary server but does not transfer any zone information over, I have to then go to each secondary zone on the new secondary DNS server and change the zone master from 127.0.0.1 to my Master servers IP address.
My question therefore is. Is there any way to have this happen automatically in the future ?

Looks like the master system isn't getting its own IP address properly, most likely because in the
/etc/hosts
file the hostname is set to resolve to127.0.0.1
.You can fix this by going to Webmin -> Servers -> BIND DNS Server -> Module Config -> Cluster slave servers, and setting the "Default master server IP for remote slave zones" to the correct IP for the master.
