High Load Average (miniserv.pl)

There are a few times during the day where my Virtualmin server will email me regarding a high load average (normally between 2.10 and at one point even 4.6). There seem to be several miniserv.pl. What is this? And how can I prevent this load average issue?

Howdy,

Hmm... next time that happens, is there any chance you could run the following two commands and attach them to this thread?

The commands are:

  1. top -b -n 1 | head -30

  2. ps auxw

Having those two should help give a better picture as to what's going on.
