Finding Current Version Info

What's the "official" way to find out the current release version of the Virtualmin/Webmin suite?

Is it to watch Forums » News Category » News ?

And should my Virtualmin interface alert me when there are new versions available? Because I have 3.78, and it's not. Is there some setting for that?
