Hey Jamie,
The Chinese translation is finished, but it looks like something is going awry in the virtual-server-theme encoding, as it isn't displaying correctly (while the virtual-server module looks good).
The translations are in SVN for both virtual-server and theme.
Would you mind having a look and letting me know if you have any clue what's going on there? Maybe the left frame doesn't get the encoding set?
