Howdy,
Not through Virtualmin... but you can do it manually, from the command line.
If you edit /etc/postgrey/whitelist_recipients.local, you can add domains and email addresses that should be whitelisted.
After making changes to it, restart Postgrey, and you should be all set!

For the record, in CentOS 5, I found it under /etc/postfix/postgrey_whitelist_recipients
