If a database table has a text field that contains newlines (I guess it's newlines) it corrupts the table data view and makes it impossible to edit the contents. You can see this exhibited in the virtualmin database in the forums_messages table. It also seems like this could possibly also lead to table data corruption, since the fields are all mixed up, but I haven't tested to see if that's the case.
