That's a good idea ..
By the way, if you are already using Virtualmin and have a domain with SSL enabled with the same name as what you want to use for Webmin / Usermin, you can copy the cert to them on the Manage SSL Certificate page. This page also supports CSR generation.

Yes I know but some clients dont want to do that because it takes a paying slot up.
I mentioned this before in the early days to allow +1 domain in the licenses for free to add your server to it.

If you are concerned about using up a domain in your licence, you could just create one, copy the cert from it, then delete it.
However, proper CSR support for Virtualmin itself would be better. I'll look into this..
