Cannot call up my index.php file from virtualmin server

Hello, I cannot call my index.php web file from the server. If I place a index.html file in the public_html/ folder the webpage comes up.

I looked into the virtualmin log and found that my webpage had a fatal error. Always look at the logs!!!
