Postfix doesn't have a way to cap how many emails are sent per account.
If you want a report (outside of what you can get from within Virtualmin's existing monitoring tools), you'd have to start looking at some other tools. An example of a tool that can be used for generating statistics from a Postfix email log is called pflogsumm, you can get it here:
