clamav end of life: how to update on centos 4 ?

Hello, I'm trying to update clamav on centos 4 (virtualmin gpl) but the latest version on virtualmin repo is 0.92 which is not supported any more. So I had to disable clamav on all my domains...

Will the centos 4 repo be updated to the latest version of clamav?
