TheJAX theme

I was just wondering why I can't get YUM to download thejax theme I have tried

yum install wbt-thejax-theme

but I just get

No package wbt-thejax-themeyum available. No package install available. No package wbt-thejax-theme available.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
