No Database Management in left menu for 3-d site's extra admin?

After was added 3-d site and after adding for it Extra Admin with All privilages I 've got no DataBase Management tools on left menu for this extra admin! After I add in 2-d site extra admin with all privilages he's got it!

What's wrong? Seems like it in GPL version or not?

P.S. OS Ubuntu 8.04 x64

If you aren't seeing any database management for a given domain, it sounds like it'd be one of two things:

The "Can manage databases" may somehow not have been enabled for the admin
The Virtual Server in question may not have the "MySQL Login Enabled" feature setup

Could either of those be the issue?

As for me it seems strange! On 2-d site Extra Admin: admin2 with All Privilages (All CheckBock featues is on) and admin2 has DataBase Management in left menu but On 3-d site Extra Admin: admin3 with All Privilages (All CheckBock featues is on) have no it on left menu!

I do not know why? May be it is resriction in GPL version?
