Virtual Domain Users & Permissions

I am trying to get Virtualmin to create users of a virtual domain so that the administrator for that domain can rw the files in every users directory. I have adjusted the permissions in the Webmin users module, but that seems to only affect the root folder for that domain (/home/domain). How would I go about forcing 770 or 775 on the permissions of /home/domain/homes/user?

That setup doesn't work out of the box now, though if you're inspired enough to do some tinkering, it sounds like it can be made to work :-)
