migrate hosts to ip pools

Whats the suggested method for migrating all of our xen hosts to the new IP Pools option that is in 4.0? Its probably fairly obvious, but i also dont want to screw anything up.

What I would suggest is :

  1. Create a new IP pool with the range you are using
  2. Go to each Xen host, select your new IP pool and delete the existing manually entered range
