Is possible a Backup in user level?

Hallo.

My hosting company its making backups but I dont have access to them so I m asking is possible to make a backup like cpanel has and its very usefull ?

I mean a backup button to make a full backup of the site with db's .

I think if there is not a way its a must in this admin panel.

Howdy,

Whether folks can make backups is an option that's configurable by the system administrator.

If that feature is enabled, you'd have an option called "Backup and Restore" on the nav bar on the left, where you can perform various sorts of backups.
