Processes and limits

Someone could explain the real meaning of: services->configure website->processes and limits

as cpu resource limits (soft & hard) etc?

Howdy,

I believe what that does is setup various OS-based limits that would be implemented using "ulimit".

You can get documentation on the specifics there by logging into the command line, and running "man limits.conf".

That page describes the various options, as well as the meaning of hard and soft limits.
