So I have a domain name. I have changed the nameservers so it will take up to 48 hours for them to propagate.
I have created a virtual server for that domain in the Virtualmin. When I click on the "Preview Website" link I get to a page with message like this:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

So what should I do? I have ssh root access to the server. I have checked the home directory and the domain folder is there with all subfolders including public_html, so it should work.
Alright. Solved.
It was enough to upload an index.html to the public_html folder :)
