Step by step: In webmin i go to Server - > BIND DNS Server -> Addresses and Topology Change Allow recursive queries from Listed .. Add my ips Click save and Get:

If you click on the Module Config link in the top-left corner of the BIND module's main page, and go to the "System configuration" section, what is the "Full path to the named.conf file" set to? It should be something like
/etc/named.conf

Does this happen for any other pages in the BIND DNS Server module, or just the Network Topology page?
