We are moving from single Sun Solaris machines to virtual Solaris machines on VMWare. This gives us the possibility to use Solaris instances for just 1 service e.q. 1 Solaris server for Apache, another one for Postix, another one for MySQL etc...
I thinks the easiest solution is to create an LDAP user database and let all services use that LDAP user database. The homedirs will be on a SUN 7110 shared via NFS.
Is such a setup supported with Virtualmin/Cloudmin? Does anybody have any experiences which such setups? Is there any documentation available on this subject?
