The quota check functions in Webmin and Virtualmin do not seem to check group quotas, only user quotas. Since most of the domain quotas are based on group quotas, the existing function is not very useful. Apparently, this is the case even when using the Webmin Disk Quotas module to explicitly check group quotas on a particular filesystem. It still issues "quotacheck -u" instead of "quotacheck -g".
We had a few domains that were reporting zero bytes usage, even though they clearly had usage tied to their group. Manually issuing a "quotacheck -g -f -m" fixed the problem.
