Error: Failed to save partition : Failed to open /dev/pts/0 : No such file or directory
I'm getting this error when I try to partition a new Volume on Amazon EC2. I'm using the AMI that had Virtualmin GPL loaded on CentOS 5. The Volume is an Amason EBS. I've done this before and it was a lot easier than this time. Webmin usually handle the hard stuff. I just told it what to format as and where to mount it.
Is there something wrong with that AMI that I need to fix to get this working?
Thanks, Ben
Hi Ben,
Take a peek at this forum thread here, it has a solution that will likely work for you:

Yep. That worked. Looks like the EC2 AMI had that mount point disabled.
Thanks, Ben
