One way to do this would be to setup a new account just for email archiving... then go into Webmin -> Servers -> Postfix -> General Options, and set "Address that receives bcc of each message" to the account you setup for the archives.
Hi I work for a financial services company, we also require to keep data for six years.
I have installed a separate server with mail man configured to receive all BBC email (method mentioned above) this way I can keep track of all mails month wise, but you have to make sure that it is configured for some raid, may be five or what ever that is suitable for your env.
