All of a sudden a license issue

Goody.

Had an issue with a downgrade yesterday but that's fine. I saw that everything was fine after resolving this and I got on with my life.

This morning I logged into the web interface and was greeted with a reddish banner atop the page with a warning about the license. I clicked to refresh, whatever, and the result is this:
