Installing Virtualmin

Hi

Can anyone could help me in installing Virtualmin GPL thru automatic installation, I installed the webmin and usermin successfully but when i installed the Virtualmin it says error: /tmp directory is mounted noexec. What is the meaning of this? what should i do to fix this?
