License downgrade question

Hi, my virtualmin license will expire in four days. It was for 250 domains, but I only use 52 - so, i just renewed it then, but for 100 and not for the 250 (as obviously, i don't require that many). The credit card payment went through ok, but when I 'recheck' license in virtualmin, it still says 250 and will expire in four days.
Is there something you need to do at your end here please? regards steve

Howdy,

It's no problem to move to a 100 domain license, but to actually make it work, you'll need to open a support request using the "Support" link above.

Then, Joe (or perhaps Jamie) will be able to to modify your license, and then apply your renewal you've purchased.
