resolved missing domains in bind

I am running virtualmin. Did all dns with dnsmadeeasy, so i never noticed that i was missing two domains in bind. When validating virtual servers i get no errors, but when i do a "recheck config" i get: "The feature BIND DNS domain cannot be disabled, as it is used by the following virtual servers :" .. your system is not ready for use by Virtualmin.

What can i do to resolve this? My own mistake. added dns for domains and now errors are gone.
