I am trying to upgrade Webmin from 1.441 to the latest version and am getting the following error:
Downloading http://www.webmin.com/cgi-bin/redirect.cgi/upgrade/ (263 bytes) .. Failed to upgrade from www.webmin.com : Missing Location header
This is when I choose "Latest version from www.webmin.com"

This is a known issue, caused by a change at sourceforge's download site. The fix is to download and install Webmin 1.490 manually, as documented on http://www.webmin.com/download.html

How do I know which version to download and install? I'm running a Joyent Accelerator, and I'm not sure which package the autoupdater would have downloaded.

You should get the tar.gz file, then upgrade by following the same instructions that you would use for an install, at http://www.webmin.com/tgz.html
