Webmin 1.490 and Usermin 1.420 update didn't complete

Webmin 1.490 and Usermin 1.420 update didn't complete

I updated webmin and usermin today using package updates. Usermin completed fine but Webmin did not. I read over in "news" that you should run "yum clean all" before the upgrade but it didn't help. Webmin shows updated version however. suggestions?
