empty files copied from etc/skel

Hi

I have a problem setting up a new website with copied files from etc/skel. All files are copied however, the file sizes are all 0 bytes. I tried messing with the permissions in the skel directory, but still the same.

running ubuntu 9.04 and virtualmin 3.73 gpl

Any ideas?

I checked out the bug reports, yes it appears to be a bug, but several more tries with the permissions cracked it.

Found it must be world readable and the G/UID must be set.. this last part I did not think was possibly required.. well if it works,... but could be better as the permissions after copy are still left at 6777.
